Student summer accommodation (short stays)

Existing residents – contract end date 28 June 2023

If you are currently living in university accommodation and want to stay after your contract ends on 28 June 2023, please note that:

• rooms are available from 30 June 2023 for £16.75 per night at Senghennydd Court (minimum 7 nights stay)
• all rooms are single occupancy with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities
• you can apply online via SIMS portal by 14 June 2023

If you need accommodation from 28-30 June 2023:

• contact your residences reception to ask if you can stay in your current room until 30 June (additional nights will be charged by your Residences Reception)
• if you cannot stay in your current room, change the booking start date to 28 June when you complete your online application and we will check availability for early check-in

All other bookings

Please note that:

• rooms are available from 30 June 2023 for £30 per night at Senghennydd Court for stays from 7 to 28 nights
• there is a discounted rate of £25 per night at Cartwright Court or Senghennydd Court for any stays of 29 nights or more
• all rooms are single occupancy with shared kitchen and bathroom facilities
• bookings must be received at least 2 working days in advance
